I’m Tiffany K. Chiu, Partner at Modern Wealth Law, APLC. Before joining the firm, I ran my own estate planning practice for over a decade, helping clients with wealth transfer, tax planning, and trust administration. My background, raised by immigrant parents with a small business, shapes my approach to estate planning—ensuring the transfer of both assets and values.I graduated from UCLA and Loyola Law School, where I was a Dean’s Scholar. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three children, staying active, and exploring new places.
